1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using Vastoram ("the Software", "Service", "Platform"), you ("the User", "Subscriber", "Business") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. Vastoram is operated by [Your Company Legal Name], a company registered in India.

2. Description of Service

Vastoram is a B2B rental management software platform designed for ethnic wear rental businesses, including but not limited to studios and shops dealing in sherwanis, kurtas, blazers, and similar garments. The Platform provides the following features:

• Product inventory management — add, edit, and manage rental items
• Product availability tracking — check real-time availability using product codes
• Status management — track items across states such as In Stock, In Washing, Delivered, and Returned
• Payment slip and PDF generation — generate customer-facing payment and delivery documents
• Order and booking management

Vastoram is a software tool only. We are not a rental business and do not facilitate direct transactions between your business and your customers.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is available exclusively to business entities registered and operating in India. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a legally registered business or sole proprietor in India
• You are authorised to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business
• You are at least 18 years of age
• Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable Indian laws and regulations

4. Account Registration

To use Vastoram, you must register and create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or breach of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Vastoram reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

5. Subscription and Pricing

Vastoram offers three (3) subscription pricing plans. Details of each plan, including features, limits, and pricing, are as described on the Vastoram website or as communicated to you at the time of subscription. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees as per your chosen plan
• Fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable GST
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy
• Vastoram reserves the right to revise pricing with 30 days' prior written notice
• Downgrade or upgrade between plans may be requested at any time; changes take effect from the next billing cycle

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vastoram only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the Platform to store or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the Software
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer your subscription to a third party without written consent
• Use the Platform to violate any applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments
• Overload or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure through automated or excessive requests

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Vastoram platform, including its software, design, features, logos, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Vastoram. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use Vastoram's intellectual property except for the limited right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Any content you upload to the Platform (product images, pricing, business data) remains your property. By uploading content, you grant Vastoram a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely for providing the Service to you.

8. Data and Privacy

By using Vastoram, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and process your business data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data of your own customers that you input into the Platform is handled in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Vastoram and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform
• Loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Any failure or delay in the Service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Vastoram's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

Vastoram aims to maintain 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice
• Modify, update, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Platform at any time
• Suspend access in cases of security risk or platform abuse

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the Service.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will cease at the end of the current billing cycle
• You may export your data within 30 days of termination; after this period, Vastoram may delete your data
• Vastoram may terminate your account immediately in cases of violation of these Terms

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City], India.

13. Amendments

Vastoram reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
